Union College 1:1

Feels Like Home
Union College, located in the small town of Barbourville Kentucky, is known as the first college of the mountains. A private liberal arts college Union is small in size with between 600-700 undergraduate students. Being small in size gives Union more character than other schools making it easier to make friends as well as easier in the classroom. The average class size at Union is around 20 students making it easier to have that one on one attention with the professor. The campus is small as well making it easier to get from place to place. Many people may think being small in size is a bad thing however, it provides a close knit family atmosphere that many students love. Barbourville is also a small close knit town making it easy for students to become involved in the community. (click photo of campus map for larger view)
